First Sunset from Montezuma Well National Monument

We live in an active "Sunset Zone." When atmospheric conditions are right (or ripe), we enjoy spectacular sunsets. It's part and parcel of this place. It comes with the turf. Our Buddy, Roger, up in Idaho Falls taught an object lesson in taking sunset photos from his house in the foothills high above the Snake River Plain.

We decided he would be our Role Model when we got back to Ol' Airy Zonie. Hey, if Roger can blog sunsets, we can do that, too!

This is our first of many. Thanks, Roger, for giving us the inspiration. You've done such a great job with your Sunset Blog. We can only hope to uphold a mere fraction of your tradition.

Have a great evening & Many Cheers, jp
